Visit us at the Friends Centre and chat with our Friends volunteers who will help you make the most of your visit to our Botanic Gardens. You can link to activities in the Gardens and pick up a map. There are fact sheets and brochures as well as changing displays and hands-on fun for all ages.
We have books for sale – about our Botanic Gardens, our native plants, local wildlife, including birds, bees and butterflies.
There’s a selection of honeys, jams, spices and giftware too.
You can’t walk by the trolley of native plants for sale on the veranda without having a look…this tempting array is available for sale every day … just an example of what you will find in the Friends Nursery on the first Friday of each month (Feb to Dec).
The coffee@thegardens trolley service is open 7 days a week 9-3 on the veranda (weather permitting) for delicious coffee and a variety of juice, drinks and light refreshments and ice creams.
